Policies, Terms, and Conditions

1. In the case of our QSP Human Talent services for the selection and screening of human resources, the Director, CHRO, or HR Manager must sign an authorization letter agreeing to allow QSP to use its technology to screen the prospects or employees to be evaluated.
2. Only compatibility, screening, and selection results will be provided. We will not disclose any other information related to the Personal Algorithm of candidates or the evaluated Companies' Algorithms to the recruiting company.
3. To obtain the Company's Algorithm analysis, you must be the CEO, co-founder, owner, or part of the company's board of directors (with prior authorization from other executives). You must demonstrate that you hold one of these positions as no information will be provided to anyone who does not meet these requirements.
4. Payment for the service is required to obtain the list of results from the screening and selection of the evaluated human talents.
5. Payment is required to automatically access your work session with the scientist to obtain your Company's Algorithm.

Confidentiality Agreement and Authorization Letter

We consider it important to have a confidentiality agreement (NDA) between the parties so that, among other things, QSP agrees to protect and not disclose confidential information from your company. In turn, you agree to protect and reasonably use the deliverables of your Company's Algorithm or any other QSP HT services.

For this, you will need to sign a document through DocuSign, which will be sent to your email.
