Payment is required to automatically access the services provided by Quantum Solutions Partners (QSP).

Due to the nature of our services, all payments are final and non-refundable.

We believe it is important to have a confidentiality agreement (NDA) between both parties. Under this agreement:

• QSP agrees to protect and not share any confidential information provided by the client.
• The client agrees to keep and reasonably use the deliverables provided by Quantum Solutions Partners.

As part of this business relationship, both parties may have access to different types of sensitive information. Both QSP and the client agree that this information is the exclusive property of the client and must be treated with strict confidentiality.

A. QSP agrees to treat all client information as strictly confidential and will only share it with authorized persons involved in the process, not with third parties.

B. The client gives QSP permission to use the Quantum Computerized System (Intelligent Matrix) to collect the necessary information related to the client’s Algorithm for the requested services. This information will be used to support the analysis provided by the service.

C. The client agrees to keep and use their Algorithm deliverables in a responsible manner.

D. QSP is not responsible for any loss or disclosure of physical or electronic documents once delivered to the client.

E. QSP is not responsible for any errors or missing details in the information resulting from the services, or for the way the client uses that information in practice.

F. QSP is not responsible for the actions the client takes based on the recommendations or insights provided through the services.

All services provided by Quantum Solutions Partners, LLC. are delivered online and performed remotely from Guatemala. This includes communication, analysis, and the delivery of all digital documents and recommendations.
